Participants write a First Position first, then add experience from comparable situations, incentives, stakeholder views, and tacit practical knowledge.
Half of every meeting remains open conversation. This is where experience, trust, and mutual support emerge beyond any procedure.
No voting. The decision remains with the case owner.
No selling. The meeting is not used for pitches, lead generation, or client recruitment.
We protect confidentiality. Case content does not leave the Chartroom without separate permission.
We return. At The Return, the original record is read before the outcome is explained.
Fit
A Chartroom is built around decisions, not status.
Minsk Chartroom
Seven meetings with a stated finish date.
The Return is set to the natural horizon of each decision. The seventh meeting is dedicated to what reality showed, where the First Position diverged from the outcome, and what should be updated.
Participation is free. Instead of payment, the four commitments on the right are required. If direct venue or shared-meal costs arise, participants agree in advance how to split them.
Attend
Join every meeting except for exceptions agreed in advance.
First Position
Record your assessment before discussion or influence from the Chartroom or AI.
The Return
Set a date or condition for returning to the outcome in advance.
2–4 replies each month
Give short, independent responses to other participants’ decisions.
