Was a second site needed before the first groups could launch?

A decision about how much public infrastructure Reality Skill genuinely needed before conversations with real participants.

First Position

Without a separate second site, the value would be difficult to show.

What changed

The independent review separated the need for trust after a conversation from the idea of building a second product.

Decision

Launch a simple main site and solo review. Do not build a second product before data exists.

Expectation

This will be enough for invited visitors to understand the mechanism, check trust, and take a next step.

Record #001 limitation. This is an internal, reversible project decision; responses and applications measure a marketing signal rather than a business outcome. The Return will also inspect the gap between the promised “simple site” and the delivered 14 pages, plugin, and build system.
New records appear only after real decisions and explicit permission. De-identification does not replace consent when a person or situation remains recognisable.
