In 2008 I founded the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and built an international system of education, standards, assessment, and certification. More than 7,000 professionals from over 40 countries have taken part in its programmes.
That experience demonstrates an ability to build practice, feedback loops, and professional community. It is not a scientific credential in decision science.
I do not make decisions for the room. My role is to make the original map visible, add independent challenge, and return us to the record after the outcome.
Why Reality Skill
An intelligent person can reason very well inside a limited frame.
The project’s long-standing interest is not how to give advice faster, but why a frame starts to feel like reality itself. Language, incentives, past experience, and personal interest can make options invisible before the choice begins.
Reality Skill creates a repeatable practice: make the original map explicit, expand it, turn it into action, and later compare it with the outcome.

We commit to publishing not only successful outcomes but also misses, and to changing the practice through versioned decisions grounded in observed data.

Identifiable details are not published.
Saving a de-identified outcome record requires clear consent.
AI is used as a separate step after the human position.
A public case, name, or quotation requires separate permission.
