Privacy and AI data use
Using AI is not permission to train models on your private content. This notice explains what the platform needs, where data goes, how long records stay, and what you can request.

01 / Operator
Magnet Mint, LLC, Wyoming, USA operates Reality Skill. Our launch is U.S.-first. That does not remove mandatory privacy rights or obligations that apply to you elsewhere.
02 / Data
We use your email, chosen name, account settings, decision content, forecasts, lessons, and submitted reviews to provide the service. Sign-in, security, reminders, support, and usage records help us operate it. Use roles instead of unnecessary personal identifiers, and do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others.
03 / AI
The first-look and supported exploration screens can prepare AI proposals from the situation you enter when AI is enabled and usage is available. Proposals enter your decision record only when you accept them. AWS Bedrock is the current default AI route. Its account retention setting is held at none and model invocation logging is off. A user may explicitly select the current OpenRouter alternative for personal work; there is no automatic provider fallback. Covered workflows retain request and response records, model and prompt identity, and subsequent actions so the decision history can show what influenced it. Company-owned decisions can follow an additional versioned policy requiring local redaction review, approval, and transport receipts. Redaction is not anonymization or a guarantee that every identifying detail is removed. You may use the manual decision workflow without invoking AI.
04 / Improvement
We measure steps reached, tools used, errors, and returns using content-free usage events. These can be linked internally to an account or case; they are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Access to usage reports is restricted to operators. We do not sell personal information or use decision text for advertising, model training, or cross-user benchmarks. A future research or training program would require a separate, specific choice.
05 / Sharing
Sharing changes who can read a record. Workspace members and invited reviewers can access the material made available to them; Team Room visibility follows the stated room rules. Personal shared cases remain owned by the individual account and can be deleted with that owner. Company-owned cases use a separate enabled custody workflow: former members lose access while permitted current participants retain the company record. Independent input before reveal is not anonymity; retained free text can identify its author. Hosting, email delivery, and AI service providers process the data needed for their functions. Operator access is limited to service operation, support, and applicable obligations.
Notifications
Telegram is optional. Connected accounts can receive dated step reminders and enabled checkpoint notifications. Checkpoint alerts contain a generic prompt and an access-checked link; step reminders can contain the decision title, your step text and its completion condition. Telegram processes the messages and delivery identifiers sent through that connection. Preferences, current access and company policy govern supported notifications. Disconnect the channel in the app to stop further delivery through it.
06 / Retention
Decisions and their durable AI history generally remain while the associated record exists. Ordinary review packets are an exception: review content and AI input and output copies follow the packet deletion deadline, 90 days after expiry. Execution receipts remain without those copies. Team Room contributions follow the shared case lifetime. Operational AI-call metadata is retained for 90 days and content-free usage events for 180 days. Restricted backups can retain earlier copies until rotation, so deletion is not instantaneous in backups.
07 / Requests
Vault provides an export of supported records; it is not a promise that every data category is included. Use the website contact form for access, correction, deletion, an objection, or questions about records outside that export. We handle requests under applicable rules and check identity and authority without disclosing another person’s private or sealed material. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or your whole decision record in the first message.
08 / Browser
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Remembered sessions last up to 30 days; unremembered server sessions up to 12 hours. The public website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page use, device and browser characteristics, and approximate traffic source information so we can understand and improve the site. Google may process analytics identifiers and related usage data under its own terms. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, sell personal information, or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Do Not Track does not disable sign-in, security, analytics, or content-free usage events.
09 / Scope
The service is intended for adults, not children. It is not a medical-record system or an automated eligibility, employment, or credit decision maker. We date changes to this notice. A new purpose for using private content requires its own assessment and, where required, separate permission—not a silent retroactive change to this page.
10 / Website inquiries
The demo and contact form collects your name, work email, company, role, company size, intended decision use, and any optional participant or timeframe details you supply. We store a private copy and send it to our private support inbox to assess fit and respond; it is separate from your application decision records. We keep inquiries while needed for follow-up and business records, and review deletion requests submitted through the same form. Please do not submit confidential decision records through the form. A separate first-party website report records page paths, referral hostnames, coarse device and browser categories, and a daily changing keyed network identifier to estimate daily visitors. That report stores no raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, form content, or tracking cookies, does not join visits to inquiry identities, and removes visit records older than 90 days. It honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; that exclusion does not change the separate Google Analytics behavior described above. Security rate limits use keyed network identifiers retained for up to two days. Ordinary hosting access logs and email copies are separate from this report.
