Optional review of your decision history

Find the patterns your next decision should learn from.

Your team uses Reality Skill to build a history of decisions and outcomes. When that history provides enough context, an optional expert review can help examine recurring assumptions, overlooked alternatives, and opportunities to improve the process.

The complete loop

Useful records first. Authorized review. Specific changes for the next decisions.

When it becomes useful

Let the evidence set the timing.

One documented case can support a case review. Recurring organizational patterns require several sufficiently comparable decisions and enough follow-through to interpret them. A quarter is a possible cadence, not a guarantee that outcomes will be ready.

  • Original objectives and context
  • Reasoning recorded before results
  • Forecasts and review dates
  • Available outcomes and changed conditions
02

What we examine

Compare the reasoning with reality.

We agree a sample of records and examine how the problem was framed, what supported the choice, which alternatives and dissent were considered, and how expectations compared with outcomes. A good result does not prove a good process, and a disappointing result does not by itself prove a poor decision.

  • Recurring assumptions
  • Overlooked alternatives
  • Treatment of independent input
  • Forecast and outcome differences
03

What you receive

A focused briefing with changes to consider.

The proposed engagement defines the sample, meetings, and deliverables. A review can produce an executive briefing on observed patterns, evidence limitations, and specific adjustments to the next decision cycle. It is a review of decision practice, not a financial or regulatory assurance audit.

  • Evidence-linked observations
  • Clear limitations
  • Proposed process changes
  • Agreed follow-up questions

Access and scope

Choose what is shared for review.

Reviews are optional and quoted separately from the platform license. Access is limited to the records and purpose authorized for the engagement. We assess whether the available evidence and our expertise make the work useful before proposing a scope.

Questions, answered

What people usually want to know.

Is a quarterly review part of the platform license?

No. It is an optional service with a separately agreed scope and quote. Your team can use the platform and review its own decisions without purchasing this service.

Do you need our decision records before providing a useful review?

Yes. Effective review depends on relevant context, original reasoning, assumptions, forecasts, and available outcomes. Discuss the scope first; do not email sensitive records in the initial inquiry.

Does a review rank employees or guarantee savings?

No. The proposed review examines documented decision practice and opportunities to improve it. It does not promise individual performance rankings, guaranteed savings, or bias elimination.

Optional, separately scoped support

Tell us what you are trying to accomplish.

We will assess whether we can help and provide a tailored quote when there is a useful fit. Share the objective first; access to decision records is agreed separately.
