Free company pilot · planned design

Start with a useful picture, before inviting the team.

The planned pilot begins with a Focus Card and follows one investigation through the Reality Skill Loop. This page previews the design; company pilot entry is not open here.

The Reality Skill Loop

Your manager coordinates. You keep the decision.

Look · your own starting view

Prepare your Focus Card.

Write four short lines in your own words. This is a local draft in this page, not an activated company pilot. Nothing you enter is sent, stored by the site or transferred to sign-up. Download the card before leaving if you want to keep it.

Free now: prepare and download this local card. Company pilot entry and invitations are not open here.

Current annual company licenses: 20–50 people: $2,400/year · 51–100: $4,800/year · 101–150: $9,000/year. These existing bands are separate from the planned free pilot. See license scope.

Four questions for your starting picture

What result do you want?

Name the business result, not just the activity.

How do you currently explain the situation?

Your explanation can be right. Keep it as your starting view.

What is the most important thing you do not know yet?

It is fine to write that you do not yet know where to look.

What question would be worth investigating?

Choose the question yourself. No AI answer or diagnosis is generated here.

Availability first

The free company pilot is not open here yet.

No company is created, nobody is invited and no payment is taken on this page. The planned pilot and its final limits need verified live availability before you can start it.

Planned trust promise: “The pilot is free and never charges you. When it ends, you decide whether to continue.”

Look · before sign-up in the proposed design

A Focus Card comes before the first invitation.

This prepared card illustrates the first useful picture. It is fictional, not a saved company investigation or an accepted diagnosis.

Result wanted
More profitable completed orders with the current team.
Current explanation
Another salesperson may be needed.
Most important unknown
Which delay is associated with lost orders?
Question worth investigating
Where do quotes wait: specifications, preparation or owner approval?

Read the fictional investigation and its mixed result.

See clearly. Act together. Return to reality.

The Reality Skill Loop

The Reality Skill Loop has four stages: Look, Bearings, Next move and Reality check. After each Reality check, you continue, adjust or change course, and the loop starts again.

  1. Look

See what may be holding the business back. Start with a Focus Card.

  2. Bearings

Compare team and customer knowledge. Keep differences visible at the Reveal.

  3. Next move

Choose a small test, information request, decision or pause. Name what you expect.

  4. Reality check

Record what happened, then continue, adjust or change course.

The proposed pilot flow

  1. Look: describe the problem and receive a compact Focus Card before signing up.
  2. Sign-up and first invite: use the Focus Card question as the invitation. Ask “Who has seen this firsthand?” Start with the manager closest to the problem and the person who talks to customers; the default is 2 or 3 contributors, maximum 10.
  3. Independent input: the proposed flow allows answering without an account and automatic reminders. A suggested deadline of 3 working days is adjustable. Customer contributors see only their own question, not internal answers or the full investigation.
  4. Bearings and the Reveal: compare the owner’s view with the others and ask what one small test would help.
  5. Next move: the owner chooses one move. The suggested Reality Date is 2 weeks out and can be changed.
  6. Reality check: record what happened, what changed and what to do next. “The result isn’t visible yet” is valid. This is the planned point for a prominent paid-continuation invitation.
  7. After the pilot: the proposed design keeps the record available and exportable. A paid plan covers further investigations, more active work, oversight and accumulated company learning.

These are proposed pilot steps, not claims that this page currently provides invitations, reminders or free company access. Existing small-team and wider-consultation participation rules remain separate.
