Decision software for company leadership

See inside the decisions your company is about to make.

The final recommendation is often the least revealing part of a decision. A Company licence preserves independent team thinking before influence, shows the decision owner how the reasoning was formed, and keeps authority clear from the first question through the real outcome.

Establish a decision standard your leadership team can use.

The complete loop

Reduce groupthink. Expose the reasoning. Keep the decision accountable.

Why the Company licence exists

Important decisions should not be a black box.

A polished recommendation can hide early influence, missing knowledge, untested assumptions, and disagreement that never felt safe to voice. Reality Skill preserves the path to the decision without turning it into a vote.

01 / See inside

Know how the recommendation was formed.

See the team’s original perspectives, evidence, assumptions, alternatives, and the reasons ideas were accepted, tested, tolerated, or rejected.

ViewsReasoningDecision
02 / Reduce groupthink

Hear people before the room gives them an answer.

Participants contribute independently before seeing anyone else’s conclusions. The team then examines differences instead of mistaking early agreement for sound judgment.

Private inputRevealCompare
03 / Keep authority

Broader input without blurred accountability.

The named decision lead must address the strongest disagreement, records the final rationale, and remains responsible for the call and its Reality Date.

Free vs Company licence

Start with your own decisions. Upgrade when the process belongs to the company.

Free access is for individual decision practice. The Company licence adds the ownership, participation rules, oversight, and continuity needed to make the process part of company operations.

Comparison of Reality Skill Free access and the Company licence
Capability FreeFor individual practice Company licenceFor an operating decision standard
Checkpoints between commitment and outcome Personal checkpoints, quick check-ins and linked course reviews on eligible committed cases; no AI tokens needed. Participant check-ins, leadership-help requests and owner-side responses, with attention lists scoped to company roles.
Capture first and explore better options Write freely, optionally ask AI to organize, confirm selected statements, and explore goal–means, separation or objection-to-design tactics. The same tools within authorized cases, plus company context and governance; AI limits still apply.
Wider company consultation No company-wide consultation from personal access alone. 8–100 invited company members can contribute separately from the 2–7-person Team Room, with unresolved feedback and owner responses visible.
The decision black box Keep the reasoning behind your own decision, not only its conclusion. The decision owner can inspect the original views, evidence, assumptions, alternatives, and handling of dissent behind the recommendation.
Protection from groupthink Record your own starting view before outside opinions or AI influence it. Every participant submits independently. Contributions stay sealed from the group until the required views are present.
Team decision process Invite feedback on selected personal cases within individual-plan limits. Team Rooms for 2–7 named participants: structured sealed input, deliberate reveal, proposal handling, and a final Team Decision Card.
Protected feedback and voluntary reveal Participation follows the permissions of a Team Room you are invited to; a personal account alone does not create a company workflow. Invited participants can add anonymous-to-team notes. Only their author can voluntarily reveal their identity; company leaders do not receive an authorship lookup.
Accountable feedback moderation No company moderation authority from personal access alone. Eligible company moderators can hide abuse, private information, or spam with recorded reasons. Visible history and participant reconsideration preserve accountability without exposing the anonymous author.
Decision authority One person owns the case and the final commitment. A named owner and accountable lead; six bounded duties; version-bound approvals; and an append-only response to material objections.
Decision records Personal decision history, Reality Dates, and supported-record export. Explicit current-version company custody, accepted successor handover, offboarding revocation, and permission-scoped continuity.
Leadership oversight Personal due work and case history. Named owner and next action; awaiting, ready, committed, and reviewed states; approval blockers; overdue checks; and linked reconsideration.
Reusable standards Decision lenses, analysis tools, and your own prior lessons. Versioned organization playbooks for hiring a leader, selecting a vendor, evaluating a product initiative, and making an operational change.
Assumptions and dependencies Record assumptions, evidence, forecasts, and review triggers inside a case. A named checker, due date, observation, status, and reconsideration trigger, plus same-company dependency validation and cycle protection.
Learning and review Return to each decision and compare the forecast with the outcome. Filtered leadership packets with rationale, evidence, dissent, forecasts, outcomes, lessons, and checks—without employee ranking or AI grading.
AI assistance Optional AI perspectives under a limited monthly pilot allowance. Organization policy, governed access, and usage terms agreed for the rollout.
AI data controls AWS Bedrock is the current default; an OpenRouter alternative can be selected. Local scanning and redaction review, exact outbound preview, human approval, and permission-scoped records of what AI received and returned.

Company features are enabled within the agreed licence and rollout scope. Private AI routing, integrations, and optional decision-history reviews are separately confirmed where required.

Create a free personal account by verifying your email. No credit card or meeting is required. Company access and AI allowances are separate.

Protected feedback is anonymous to the team, not to infrastructure operators. Content and small-group context can identify people; it is not a guarantee against retaliation. Company Consultation is a separate, permission-scoped channel for 8–100 invited company members outside the core Team Room; it does not expand decision authority.

The core purchase

Open the decision black box.

Most tools keep the approved answer. Reality Skill also preserves the inputs behind it: what each participant saw before the discussion, which evidence and assumptions mattered, which alternatives were considered, how dissent was handled, and why the decision lead committed. The record belongs to the company when the company workflow is enabled.

  • Independent views before influence
  • Evidence and assumptions behind the call
  • Alternatives and dissent preserved
  • Company custody and continuity
02

A practical rollout

Start with a decision your leadership team already needs to make.

Identify an executive sponsor, a decision lead, the required contributors, and any approvers. Agree which decisions belong in the process, which blockers leadership needs to see, who can access each record, and when the team returns to the outcome.

  • Executive sponsor and decision lead
  • Initial Team Room and participants
  • Approval and visibility rules
  • Agreed onboarding and support
03

Company AI governance

Decide how AI may touch company-owned cases.

Define the allowed provider route, redaction and approval requirements, and the transport evidence your team needs. AWS Bedrock is the current default platform route. A company-specific private route can be assessed separately; it does not automatically move the application, database, queues, or backups into a customer environment.

  • Versioned company AI policy
  • Outbound review and approval
  • Append-only transport receipts
  • Private-route assessment by agreement
04

Optional expansion

Extract more insight from the history you build.

Use organization playbooks, assumption and dependency monitoring, leadership packets, and cross-case learning inside the platform. Once there is useful decision history, you can also request a separately scoped expert review. A quarterly cadence may suit your team; readiness depends on the records and available outcomes, not simply the calendar.

  • Additional service by agreement
  • Review only authorized records
  • Defined sample and deliverables
  • No consulting requirement for licensing

Questions, answered

What people usually want to know.

How much does an organization license cost?

Organization pricing is quoted after we understand the participating teams, available workflows, usage, rollout, and support requirements. A six-week company pilot is $750 USD, credited toward the first annual licence if you continue under the agreed terms. Apply for a pilot to confirm scope; this is not automatic checkout.

What is included in free access?

Free personal access starts after email verification; it does not include a Company licence. It supports individual decision practice: personal cases, the Route–Map–Commit–Return method, decision lenses and tools, personal decision history, optional reviewer input within individual-plan limits, and a limited monthly AI allowance during the pilot.

What happens between committing a decision and the Reality Date?

Set intermediate checkpoints, record on-course or off-course updates, and request help when conditions change. The owner side responds and can open a linked course review without rewriting the original commitment. Personal checkpoints are free; company and advisor oversight follows existing access rights. Updates are human-reported, not automatic project monitoring.

How does Reality Skill help reduce groupthink?

A Team Room asks participants to submit structured views before seeing one another’s conclusions. After the deliberate reveal, the decision lead compares the differences and must address the strongest recorded disagreement before closing the decision. This reduces common influence pressures; it does not guarantee psychological safety or eliminate groupthink.

What does “open the decision black box” mean?

It means the authorized decision owner can examine how the recommendation was formed: the original independent perspectives, relevant evidence, assumptions, alternatives, disagreement, approvals, and final rationale—not only the polished conclusion.

Do we have to buy consulting or quarterly reviews?

No. The platform license is the core offer. Additional consulting and decision-history reviews are optional, separately scoped services.

Can we introduce Reality Skill to one team first?

An initial decision team and use case can be discussed as part of the rollout. Availability, scope, and commercial terms are confirmed before agreement.
