1. Frame the question
What outcome matters? What decision is actually needed now? What do we observe, and what are we assuming?
2. Gather independent views
Whose direct experience could change the picture? Ask each person for observations, alternatives and concerns before sharing the proposed answer.
3. Choose and assign
What path will the owner choose? Why? Who accepts the first action, and what would make us reconsider?
4. Act and check
What result do we expect to see? On what date or signal will we compare expectation with reality?
5. Learn and adjust
What actually happened? What surprised us? What will we keep, change or ask next?
